Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a forming method of uneven high-precision laser additives. The method comprises the steps of forming additives by adopting an arc heat source; driving a laser displacement sensor to scan the surface profile of an additive forming piece, and calculating the surface accuracy of a workpiece according to the deviation of measured values of the sensor; inputting the accuracy into a modeled controller, and reconstructing a surface model of a part by the controller, so that the difference with the original surface accuracy is obtained, repair parameters of different areas in the surface of the part are determined, and control measures are sent; and inputting the repair parameters into a robot control cabinet, and applying laser heat sources with different energy and frequency to the different areas in the surface of the workpiece by the control cabinet according to the repair parameters.
