Zusammenfassung:The invention relates a high-permeability nano infrared excitation medium capable of high-effectively absorbing infrared short wave, which is composed of, by weight, 100 parts of water and 3-20 partsof nano modified niobium oxide. The nano modified niobium oxide is prepared through steps of: a) at room temperature, dissolving 8-15 weight parts of niobium pentachloride in 100 weight parts of anhydrous ethanol to prepare a niobium pentachloride/ethanol solution, and standing the solution for 5-30 min; b) adding 1-5 weight part of nano silver oxide to the niobium pentachloride/ethanol solution and uniformly mixing the components to form a first mixture liquid; c) keeping stirring the first mixture liquid, dropwise adding 100 weight part ratio of an ethanol water solution to the first mixtureliquid at the speed of 3-10 ml/min; d) adding 50-100 weight part of N,N-dimethylformamide, keeping stirring the first mixture liquid for 30-60 min, and standing the first mixture liquid at room temperature to prepare a second
