The invention provides a converter of an electrified railway ground phase separation uninterruptible power supply system. The converting topology structure comprises an AC-DC-AC single-phase electricpower converting device composed of a multi-winding rectifying transformer, a single-phase multi-winding inversion transformer, and a back-to-back four-quadrant converter. The back-to-back four-quadrant converter comprises a rectification unit, a DC unit and an inverting transformation unit. The rectification unit and the inverting transformation unit are respectively provided with n power moduleswith each power module adopting the same H-bridge converting circuit.
