Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a block chain clearing and settlement system comprising a business chain and a main chain. The business chain can be divided into an independent chain and a derived chain. Theindependent chain comprises multiple first common nodes. The main chain comprises multiple second common nodes. The derived chain and the main chain share multiple second common nodes. Each first common node comprises a data processing module which is used for extracting trading data for every first preset period of time and packaging the extracted trading data to be transmitted to the main chain.Each second common node comprises a data receiving module and a settlement module. The data receiving module is used for receiving the packaged trading data transmitted by the data processing module.The settlement module is used for performing clearing and settlement on the packaged trading data for every second preset period of time.
