The method comprises the steps that supersonic vibration is loaded to a wire electrode, and the wire electrode drives a working solution to reciprocate, so that corrosion removal products generated by wire cut electrical discharge machining are removed in anaccelerated mode under the reciprocating motion of the working solution, and chip removal conditions inside the machining interval can be obviously improved; accordingly, broken wires, short circuits, arc discharge and other adverse factors are reduced, the machining continuity is ensured, the machining efficiency is improved, and the workpiece surface quality is improved. Meanwhile, on the basisof multi-physics field simulation software COMSOL, multi-physics coupling simulated analysis is performed on slow wire winding wire cut electrical discharge machining, the internal flow field, the temperature field and the so
