The method specifically includes the steps of firstly, establishing a plurality of control timesequences, wherein each control time sequence specifically includes a protocol for formulating a control command and an executing element of the control command; secondly, sequentially arranging thecontrol commands and the executing elements in the form of a table, and converting the arranged control commands and the executing elements into time sequent packets capable of being recognized, wherein a main control unit obtains the time sequence packets related to the functions according to the required functions and sends the time sequence packets to the executing unit, and the executing unitmakes a controlled terminal to execute related actions according to the control commands and executing elements in the time sequence packets.
