The first turbine (2) and the first air compressor (3) are subjected to turbocharging and connected through a first shaft system (7), the second turbine (4) is coaxially connected with the second air compressor (5) and the motor (6) through a second shaft system (8), the first shaft system (7) and the second shaft system (8) are connected through a third shaft system (9) for power exchange, the second shaft system (8) is provided with a first clutch (10) for controlling power transmission between the second turbine (4) and the motor (6), and the third shaft system (9) is provided with a second clutch (11) for controlling power transmission between the first shaft system (7) and the second shaft system (8).
