Method for preparing dust suppression agent by utilizing reclamation of desizing wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol

The invention relates to a method for preparing a dust suppression agent by utilizing reclamation of desizing wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol. The method comprises the following steps: puttingthe desizing wastewater of which PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) content is 0.5 to 3 wt% into a filter and performing primary filtration pretreatment to obtain PVA desizing wastewater clear liquid; performing primary concentration in a membrane distillation device through a hydrophobic micro-filtration membrane to obtain a PVA concentrated solution of which the PVA content is 2.5 to 5 wt%; putting the PVA concentrated solution into a multi-stage ultra-filtration cross-flow device and performing further concentration through a hydrophobic ultra-filtration membrane to obtain a PVA concentrated solutionof which the PVA content is 8 to 12 wt%; mixing and stirring the PVA concentrated solution with a cross-linking agent and a flame-retardant agent, and performing hardening and tempering to obtain thedust suppression agent.
