The concrete comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 300-1100 parts of steel slag, 200-400 parts of slag powder, 0-110 parts of Portland cement, 20-50 parts of gypsum, 0-700 parts of sand, 700-1350 parts of stones, 3-15 parts of an admixture, and 140-200 parts of water.
