The invention discloses a stacking transfer device and a turnover machine. The stacking transfer device comprises a stacking blocking mechanism and a push detector. The push detector is arranged on the stacking blocking mechanism. The stacking blocking mechanism is located above a supporting plate. The stacking blocking mechanism comprises a blocking supporting frame. The push detector is arrangedon the lower side behind the blocking supporting frame. The turnover machine comprises a conveying part, a stacking part, a turnover part and a collection part. The stacking part is provided with thestacking transfer device.
