Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for removing oil from oil-fried food. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1, fishing the oil-fried food out of hot oil, putting aside the oil-fried food and waiting for big oil drops to become less; 2, putting the oil-fried food of which the big oil drops cannot drop any more or take a long time to drop into a centrifugal screen barrel; 3, arranging heating equipment on a centrifugal chamber wall arranged outside the centrifugal screen barrel, and keeping the temperature of the centrifugal chamber wall to reach 100 DEG C or below whenthe centrifugal screen barrel starts to perform rotary centrifugation; 4, taking the oil-fried food out of the centrifugal screen barrel after the oil-fried food is centrifuged in the centrifugal screen barrel for several minutes. According to the method disclosed by the invention, without physical extrusion, by utilizing combination of a centrifugal principle and a heating technology, the oil-fried food is subjected to
