Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a housing configuration for an electric machine that includes a housing (110) having a stator receiving region (120); a stator (140) disposed in the stator receiving region (120) of the housing (110); and a cooling jacket (140) that surrounds the stator (140) for liquid cooling of the stator (140). The wall of the stator receiving region (120) forms the radially outer cooling-jacket surface of the cooling jacket (130). A sleeve (145) pushed onto the stator (140) forms the radially inner cooling-jacket surface of the cooling jacket. Bilaterally acting seal carriers (160, 170) are inserted into the gap between the radially outer cooling-jacket surface and the radially inner cooling-jacket surface and provide an axial sealing of the cooling jacket (130).
