The invention discloses a charging control method. The charging control method comprises the steps of when it is detected that a mobile terminal is charged, detecting the state of the mobile terminalin real time or regularly; when it is detected that the state of the mobile terminal is moving, obtaining surface temperature of the mobile terminal; when the surface temperature of the mobile terminal is larger than preset temperature, lowering current charging current. The invention also discloses the mobile terminal and a computer readable storage medium.
