Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for testing the effect of medicago sativa L.-corn/wheat rotation on soil. The method is characterized in that Gannon No. 3 medicago sativa L. is taken as a test material to study the effect of different rotation treatments of medicago sativa L.-corn (AC), medicago sativa L.-wheat (AW), medicago sativa L.-corn-corn (ACC) and medicago sativa L.-wheat-wheat (AWW) (bytaking a un-ploughed 5a medicago sativa L. grassland as a control, CK) on soil nutrient content, microbial population and medicago sativa L. auto-toxic substance content change. Results show that through the rotation of corn and wheat by medicago sativa L., population structures of soil microorganisms can be significantly improved, the auto-toxic substance content is reduced, and nutrients are increased in consumption and are decreased in accumulation. 本发明公开了种紫花苜蓿-玉米/小麦轮作对土壤影响的试验方法,以"甘农3号"紫花苜蓿为试验材料,研究紫花苜蓿-玉米AC、紫花苜蓿-小麦AW、紫花苜蓿-玉米-玉米(ACC)、紫花苜蓿-小麦-小麦AWW不同轮作处理,以5a紫花苜蓿草地不翻耕作为对照,CK,对土壤养分含量、微生物种群数量和苜蓿自毒物质含量变化的影响。结果表明,紫花苜蓿轮作玉米
