Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ultrasonic touch sensor used for detecting a clamping force, which comprises an ultrasonic detector and a sensing layer, wherein the sensing layer comprises a first soft layer and a second soft layer, and a plurality of spherical microstructures contacted with the ultrasonic detector are arranged at the first soft layer. According to the invention, the ultrasonic detector generates an ultrasonic wave and receives a reflected wave signal when pressure is applied to the sensing layer, the contact area of the spherical microstructures is identified through the signal, and the stress received by the touch sensor is reversely deduced.
