Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of a guide gap adjustment of a telescopic sleeve of a fueling and defueling machine of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power station, particularly relates to the accurate detection and adjustment process for total travel movement path of telescoping sleeve of fueling and defueling machine and aims to solve problems of inaccurate fuel assembly positioning and overlarge shaking in the fueling and defueling process. The detection and adjustment process is characterized by comprising steps of test device connection, test device adjustment, inner sleeve movement linearity test, outer sleeve verticality adjustment, inner and outer sleeve concentricity adjustment, adjustment on a first layer of guide wheels, adjustment on a second layer of guide wheels, adjustment on other five layers of guide wheels and inner sleeve movement linearity test.
