The method comprises the following steps that water is added into the yellow slag, the yellow slag and water are uniformly mixed, stirred and leached, and filtration is carried out by using precision filtration after leaching; a turbulence electrodeposition device is used for carrying out electrodeposition on the filtrate to recover electrolytic copper; the copper electrolysis liquid is added with alkali and sodium persulfate to react to carry out plate frame filtration; zinc is extracted and removed by using P204, and the raffinate is filtered by using an activated carbon filter to remove oil; and an obtained nickel sulfate solution is added boric acid and sodium dodecyl sulfate to be stir until the solution is dissolved, then sulfuric acid is added to adjust the pH value to be 2.5-3, turbulence electrodeposition is carried out to recover met
