The device comprises a central reaction unit and a peripheral reaction unit, wherein throughintroduction of the aquaculture wastewater and addition of an associated bacterial flora, the central reaction unit is used for feeding the aquaculture wastewater; through introduction of the aquaculture wastewater and addition of chlorella, after standing culture for 4-6 days, wastewater flowing out of the central reaction unit is introduced into the peripheral reaction unit so as to further remove water pollutants; the central reaction unit is embedded into the peripheral reaction unit; a first water inlet and a first water outlet are formed in the central reaction unit; a second water inletand a second water outlet are formed in the peripheral reaction unit; the first water outlet is connected with the second water inlet through a pipe; a precipitating device and a valve are arranged on the pipe.
