Solid tea containing white tea extract

The invention provides a solid tea containing white tea extract, and relates to the field of solid tea. The tea consists of the following components in parts by mass: 2-4 parts of white tea extract, 1-3 parts of mung bean extract, 90-97 parts of xylitol, 0.05-0.4 part of edible essence, 0.5-1.0 part of citric acid, 1-2 parts of sodium citrate, 0.01-0.1 part of menthol and 0.01-0.05 part of edibleoil. A method comprises the following steps: chopping white tea raw materials, adding pure water, and conducting two times of vacuum low-temperature extraction and conducting filtration; conducting ultrafiltration by an ultrafiltration membrane, and concentrating tea soup into a concentrated solution containing 25-35% or more of solid materials by a reverse osmosis membrane; conducting spray drying to obtain a white tea extract raw material; uniformly mixing the xylitol according to a formula ratio, and heating the xylitol for dissolving the xylitol into slurry; and cooling the slurry, addingthe white tea extract and
