Method for cleaning green tea leaves

The invention provides a method for cleaning green tea leaves. The method comprises the following steps: 1) performing a soaking step: adding 18 to 22 grams of biya enzyme to every 500 to 600 liters of water, pouring 40 to 50 kilograms of tea leaves, conducting soaking for 0.5 to 1.5 hours, cleaning the tea leaves, and collecting the tea leaves into a barrel; 2) performing a spin-drying step: spin-drying the tea leaves in a spin-drying device; 3) performing an air-drying step: air-drying the spin-dried tea leaves by a high-speed air drying device; 4) performing an airing step: putting the air-dried tea leaves on a shelf, and conducting thin spreading for airing; and 5) carrying out enzyme deactivation on the aired tea leaves, and conducting subsequent processing.
