The invention provides a connection querying method of multiple time sequences under column-type storage. The method includes: dividing the multiple time sequences of column-type storage into multipleto-be-queried sequences and multiple filtering sequences, wherein the time sequences include time stamp sequences and data value sequences; screening out time stamps, which are of each filtering sequence and meet preset filtering conditions, from a time stamp sequence of each filtering sequence; and traversing the queried sequences on the basis of the time stamps, which are of each filtering sequence and meet the preset filtering conditions, to acquire a connection querying result, wherein the connection querying result is time stamps of the queried sequences and data values corresponding tothe time stamps of the queried sequences.
