Through pre-storing cable speeds corresponding to cables of different models, batches and manufacturers in a database, the distance measuring precision can be improved on the basis of accurately obtaining the spreading speed of pulse signals in the cables; when the sent pulse signal frequency does not have corresponding experiment data in a speed feature curve, more accurate speed is obtained through the linear interpolation on a number domain.
