Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for fermenting and producing recombinant glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) protein. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: culturing geneticallyengineered bacteria containing a nucleic acid sequence of encoded recombinant glucagon-like peptide-1 protein by utilizing a low-phosphate culture medium; controlling the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) value and dissolved oxygen of a culture phase; after finishing fermentation, centrifuging to remove thalli; purifying supernatant to obtain the recombinant glucagon-like peptide-1 protein. The method disclosed by the invention can secrete expressed GLP-1 in a high-purity and stable manner and a separation and purification technology is simplified.
