Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method of preparing poly-substituted dialkene from crotonic acid derivatives. The invention relates to a preparation method of poly-substituted 1,3-dialkene. The preparationmethod comprises following steps: dissolving a raw material I (aldehyde/ketone/formate), a raw material II (crotonic acid derivatives), an alkali, and a Lewis acid into an organic solvent; and carrying out reactions for 1 to 8 hours under stirring at a proper temperature to obtain the target product III (poly-substituted 1,3-dialkene). The method has the advantages that the conditions are mild, the inert gas protection is not needed, the operation is simple and convenient, the atom utilization rate is high, and the substrate application range is wide, and the method is suitable for industrialamplification and has a good industrialization prospect.
