A rotary bearingis connected onto the support plate; a gear I is meshed to an outer ring gear of the rotary bearing and is connected with a speed reducer I; a rotary lifting device is connected to an end face of theouter ring gear of the rotary bearing; and the punching device is connected with the rotary device.
