The millimeter wave self-calibration virtual instrument comprises a microwave signal source, a frequency doubling unit, asignal detection unit and a master control computer; the frequency doubling unit is provided with an input end and output end, wherein the input end is connected to the microwave signal source and the output end is connected to the signal detection unit; and the master control computer is connected to the microwave signal source and the signal detection unit.
