Method and system for adding acetone cyanohydrin terminator

The invention provides a method for adding an acetone cyanohydrin terminator. The method comprises the following steps: S1, providing a static mixer (1) having a first feed liquid inlet (2) at the top(2), a second feed liquid inlet (3) at the side and a mixed feed liquid outlet (9) at the bottom; S2, allowing a crude acetone cyanohydrin feeding pipeline (4) to be communicated with the first feedliquid inlet (2) so as to convey crude acetone cyanohydrin to the static mixer (1); S3, allowing an acetone cyanohydrin terminator feeding pipeline (5) to be communicated with the second feed liquid inlet (3) so as to convey the acetone cyanohydrin terminator to the static mixer (1); and S4, mixing the crude acetone cyanohydrin and the acetone cyanohydrin terminator having entered the static mixer(1). The invention also provides a system for implementing the above method.
