Wearable heart rate monitoring device and wearable protection device

The invention relates to a wearable heart rate monitoring device and a wearable protection device. The wearable heart rate monitoring device comprises a heart rate monitoring vest body, a heart rate detection mechanism and an automatic electric generating mechanism. The heart rate monitoring vest body comprises a front part applicable to being attached to the chest of the human body in a bond modeand a rear part applicable to being attached to the back of the human body; the heart rate detection mechanism comprises an electronic sensing assembly arranged at the inner side of the front part and applicable to being attached to the chest skin of the human body and a heart rate monitoring assembly electrically connected with the electronic sensing assembly; the automatic electric generating mechanism comprises a loading plate, two supporting rods fixed to the two sides of the loading plate, a set of bearing straps arranged on the two supporting rods, a vibration assembly which is arrangedbetween the loading plate
