The device comprises a satellite main bearing frame, a camera mounting bracket, a plurality of cameras, and an imaging management unit, wherein the camera mounting bracket ismounted on the satellite main bearing frame; the cameras are mounted on the camera mounting bracket, and view fields of the cameras are spliced to form a 360-degree view field angle; and the imagingmanagement unit is connected with and controls each camera.
