The bacterial strain system is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection in Wuhan university at October 23th, 2017, and the preservation number is CCTCC No:M2017612. The rhizobium strain Bdz5-3 is a bacterial strain of broad bean rhizobium with good symbiotic nitrogen fixation ability, wide adaptation ranges for varieties of Sichuan broad beans, capabilities for secreting IAA, dissolving inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus, good stress resistance, and excellent wide spectrum.
