The buffer material is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of carbon-nanotube-based polyether glycols, 100 parts of polyether Voranol 3010, 3 parts of water, 1 part of silicon oil 2370, 0.3 part of 33% triethylene diamine solution, 0.12 part of tin octoate and 41 parts of TDI 80/20. The substances are foamed at 60 DEG C after being mixed to prepare the tear-resistant buffer material. A series of carbon-nanotube-based polyether glycols are synthesized by organically functionalizing the surfaces of carbon nanotubes, and a system of the buffer material can be filled with a great number of the modified carbon nanotubes, so that the buffer material with good tear resistance is prepared.
