Ultra-light film-coated proppant and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of fracturing mining of petroleum, natural gas and shale gas, in particular to an ultra-light film-coated proppant. The ultra-light film-coated proppant comprises aggregate, special resin, a curing agent, an accelerant and a dispersing agent, and the special resin includes resin and subnanometer inorganic materials. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the ultra-light film-coated proppant. The preparation method includes: 1), heating the aggregate into 130-350 DEG C; 2), adding the special resin to enable the special resin to be evenly stirred and coated with the aggregate, and then adding the curing agent and the accelerant for even stirring for curing; 3), adding the dispersing agent with even stirring till the material is dispersed into single particles; 4), performing cooling, crushing and sieving to obtain the film-coated proppant.
