Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a friction stir welding composite stirring head made of materials with a high melting point. The stirring head is composed of a conical stirring pin atthe end and a cylindrical shaft shoulder at the root, and a fillet transition design is adopted between the root and the end of the stirring head. The stirring pin and the exterior of the shaft shoulder are made of 1WC-(Fe-Co-Ni), the core part of the shaft shoulder is made of 2WC-(Cu-Ni), a stirring head composite blank is formed after compression molding, and the composite blank is subjected topre-sintering, machining and vacuum sintering to obtain the finished product. The method is easy to operate, the stirring head is easy to process, the machining allowance in subsequent machining of the finished sintered product is greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the production cycle is shortened.
