Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an ultrasonic diagnostic device and a received data processing method. In the present invention, an adaptive filtering process is performed between a first received data sequence in a first block and a second received data sequence in a second block. Specifically, the difference between a first average value of the first received data sequence and a second average value of the second received data sequence is calculated as a luminance change evaluation value (inter-block evaluation value). A first standard deviation of the first received data sequence is calculated as afirst variation evaluation value (evaluation value in the first block), and a second standard deviation of the second received data sequence is calculated as a second variation evaluation value (evaluation value in the second block).
