Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a numerical control system reliability data compression method. The numerical control system reliability data compression method comprises the following steps: compressing static data with an improved LZW algorithm combining a static dictionary with a dynamic dictionary separately according to the reliability data type of the numerical control system; compressing trigger class data or time values with the RLE algorithm of a PCX file; compressing process data with an improved revolving door algorithm storing deviation points; and compressing network transmission data with a two level compression method combining the static dictionary with the Huffman algorithm. It is proved that the numerical control system reliability data compression method can efficiently compress the reliability data of the numerical control system, and decompressing the data does not affect the reliability test of the numerical control system.
