Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a device and method for separation of a cow milk antibody by one-step membrane filtration. Specifically, the method includes: step 1: adding 2% by volume of medicinal grade diatomite into cow milk; step 2: pumping the evenly mixed cow milk into a filter by a peristaltic pump, firstly passing the cow milk through a ceramic membrane to separate lipid out of the cow milk; and step 3: filtering the remaining part by a deep filtration membrane.
