Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a gradient and non-gradient SiCw toughened boride based composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The composite ceramic material is prepared from boride MB2serving as a matrix as well as 10%-30% silicon carbide particles SiCp in volume fraction and 10%-20% of silicon carbide whiskers SiCw in volume fraction serving as toughening phases. The composite ceramic material is prepared through steps as follows: the raw materials are subjected to reaction and hot pressing sintering, a boride matrix phase is synthesized in situ at 900-1200 DEG C, SiCp and SiCw toughening phases are generated in situ at 1400-1600 DEG C, and the dense boride based composite ceramic material is prepared through pressure sintering at 1800-2000 DEG C.
