Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to anti-reflective glass. A preparation method of the anti-reflective glass is characterized by comprising steps as follows: a first high-refractive-index layer is prepared on the surface of a glass substrate; a first low-refractive-index layer is prepared on the surface of the first high-refractive-index layer; a dustproof layer is prepared on the surface of the first low-refractive-index layer and is made of materials selected from at least one of ITO, IXO, AZO and ATO, and the thickness of the dustproof layer is 20 nm-79 nm; a second low-refractive-index layer is prepared on the surface of the dustproof layer. The anti-reflective glass prepared with the preparation method of the anti-reflective glass can be dustproof.
本发明涉及种减反射玻璃。种减反射玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在玻璃基底表面制备第高折射率层;在所述第高折射率层的表面制备第低折射率层;在所述第低折射率层表面制备防尘层,所述防尘层的材料选自ITO、IXO、AZO及ATO中的至少种,所述防尘层的厚度为20nm~79nm;及在所述防尘层的表面制备第二低折射率层。上述减反射玻璃的制备方法制备得到的减反射玻璃能够防尘。 |
