Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a novel touch screen low-temperature manufacturing technology. The technology comprises the steps of printing ''ultra-low temperature curing conductive silver paste'' onto a special basement membrane material for a touch screen, and curing at low temperature of 80-110 DEG C, so that the abnormalities of base material shrinkage, wrinkle and deformation caused by curing of the conductive silver paste at high temperature of 130 DEG C can be avoided effectively. According to the technology, the aging treatment procedure for the basement membrane material in a traditional touch screen manufacturing technology can be omitted, and the purposes of saving the working procedure time, improving the production efficiency, reducing the manufacturing energy consumption and shortening the manufacturing procedures are achieved. 本发明是种新型触摸屏低温制造工艺,该工艺将"超低温固化导电银浆"印刷至触摸屏专用基底膜材上,采用80-110℃低温固化,可有效避免因导电银浆130℃高温固化导致的基材收缩、褶皱和形变等异常。该工艺可以省去传统触摸屏制造工艺中对基底膜材的老化处理工序,达到节省工序时间、提高生产效能、降低制造能耗和缩短制程工序的目的。
