According to the hard alloy V-cut knife, the material adoptsa tungsten-cobalt-based enhanced hard alloy, the bending strength of a blade is 3100-3369 Mpa, the hardness of the blade is 89.0-89.4 HRA, the density of the blade is 14.70-14.72 g/cm , and the average grain size of the blade is 1.6 microns; and the tungsten-cobalt-based enhanced hard alloy is prepared by mixing the following components of, by weight percentage, 0.1-0.5% of ZrO2, 0.1-0.5% of La2O3, 0.01-0.05% of Y2O3, 6% of Co powder and the balance WC powder.
