Welding strip for imbricate photovoltaic assembly, and imbricate photovoltaic assembly with same

The invention provides a welding strip for an imbricate photovoltaic assembly. In the photovoltaic assembly, cell plates are arranged in an imbricate manner; the welding strip is arranged at an overlapped part between two cell plates; and the welding strip comprises a copper or aluminum substrate, and a solder layer which covers the surface of the substrate. Compared with the prior art, the welding strip and the imbricate photovoltaic assembly are advantageous in that through welding the overlapped part of the two cell plates by the welding strip at a temperature of about 150-190 DEG C, cell fragments are reduced; reliability of the photovoltaic assembly is improved; and cost of the imbricate photovoltaic assembly is reduced. 本发明提供种用于叠瓦式光伏组件的焊带，光伏组件中电池片采用叠瓦式排布，焊带设置在两电池片之间的叠加处，所述焊带包括铜质或铝质的基材、覆盖在基材表面的焊料层。本发明相较于现有技术，使用焊带将两电池片的叠加处焊接，焊接温度约为150-190℃，减少了电池碎片，提高了光伏组件可靠性，降低叠瓦光伏组件成本。
