Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides the application of a pyrimidine-benzene triple bond alternated conjugated polymer in mercury ion detection. The application is characterized in that I is added to blue-emission conjugated polymer containing pyrimidine in a main chain, and as the increase of I (KI water solution), I shows heavy atom effect and the fluorescence of the polymer (THF) gradually quenches,the exterior color of the solution changes from no color into yellow; the result of contrast test under the same condition shows that other introduced negative ions do not lead to similar change of the optical properties of the polymer; on the basis of high combining coefficient and complexing ratio of Hg and I, the fluorescence of the conjugated polymer gradually recovers as the Hg added, and the exterior color changes from yellow into no color; the fluorescence emission of the polymer in the presence of Hg of which the concentration gradually increases is analyzed, and the result shows that the detec |
