Two square holes are formed in a refrigerator inner container; supporting frames are arranged in the square holes and are fixed through bonding; fin evaporator pipelines are clamped in two semicircular arcs on locking end faces on the supporting frames; heating wires are mounted on fin evaporators and are fixed in circular-arc clamping grooves formed in surfaces of fins through steel wire buckles; bottom heating wires of the evaporators are guided into the bottom of a water receiving groove and are fixed through aluminum foil adhesive tapes; the water receiving groove is formed in the bottom of the refrigerator inner container; and a water discharging opening is formed in the bottom of the water receiving groove.
