The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), dissolving tin salt into an ethanol solution, and performing ultrasonic oscillation at room temperature for 10-20 minutes to obtain a solution A; dissolving indium salt into an acetylacetone solution, and performing ultrasonic oscillation at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to obtain a solution B; (2), mixing the solution A with the solution B, adding alkali while stirring to adjust the pH of the solution to 7.5-8.5, then adding diethanolamine, then heating to 45-65 DEG C, and carrying out a reaction for 5-8 h to obtain a precipitate precursor; (3), washing, drying and calcining the precipitated precursor to obtain the indium tin oxide nanopowder.
