Salt making system

The invention provides a salt making system which makes salt in seawater efficiently become thick and large crystal. The salt making system is provided with components of a boiler device (10) which utilizes biomass as fuel; a seawater concentration part (20) which utilizes combustion heat of the boiler device (10) for concentrating the seawater, thereby generating concentrated seawater (W) with salt concentration above 7% and lower than saturation concentration; a crystal growing part (30) which heats the concentrated seawater generated at the seawater concentration part (20) by means of the combustion heat, thereby evaporating water in the concentrated seawater (W) and making the crystal (C) of the salt grow in a state of being immersed into the concentrated seawater (W); and a crystal drying part (40) which dries the crystal (C) of the salt after growth of the crystal growing part (30). 本发明提供种盐类制造系统，使海水中的盐类高效生长为粗大的晶体。盐类制造系统构成为具备：锅炉装置(10)，其以生物质为燃料；海水浓缩部(20)，其利用锅炉装置(10)的燃烧热将海水浓缩，生成盐类浓度为7％以上且饱和浓度以下的浓缩海水(W)；晶体生
