The method comprises the following steps that: S1: collecting actual measurement flow, water level, chlorosity and riverway terrain data; S2: constructing a model library which comprises a water flow mathematical model and a chlorositymathematical model, wherein the water flow mathematical model and the chlorosity mathematical model are organically combined through a coupling relationship; S3: carrying out model parameter calibration; S4: utilizing the actual measurement flow, the water level and the chlorosity for verification; and S5: carrying out model application and output.
