Zusammenfassung: | Surfacial oxide layer on welded part of shaped aluminium section is physically removed and magnesium-free Al-Si alloy welding wire whose silicon content is 4-7% is used. A TIG welding mode is realized with such technological welding parameters as 1.6-5 mm of diameter of W electrode, 6-14 mm of diameter of nozzle, 20-200 A of welding current and 5-141/min. of argon flow. Its advantages include no welding crack, ordinary temp welding, and better mechanical property of welded seam. |
