Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a self-positioning and automatic-focusing CCD cylindrical outer contour detection device. The device comprises a positioning plate, a CCD support arranged on one side of the positioning plate, a parallel plate light source and an automatic focusing mechanism. Symmetrically arranged CCD sliding blocks, CCD guide rails and CCD components are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the CCD support respectively. The parallel plate light source is perpendicular to the positioning plate and is installed parallel to the CCD support. An electric cylinder and a grating ruler are installed on a grating ruler mounting plate. The grating reading head of the grating ruler is connected with the electric cylinder through a connecting rod. A microswitch is installed on the connecting rod. A lead screw mechanism is installed in the middle of the CCD support. The lead screw nuts of the lead screw mechanism are connected with the CCD guide rails.
