Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of algae culture, and discloses a process for culturing spirulina platensis. The process comprises the following steps of adding 0.4 to 0.6 g of sodium nitrate, 0.3 to 0.5 g of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1 to 0.2 g of sodium chloride, 0.03 to 0.05 g of ammonium ferric citrate, 0.01 to 0.02 g of sodium molybdate, 0.01 to 0.02 g of zinc sulfate, 0.001 to 0.002g of propanamide, 10 to 20 ml of wheat bran extracting solution, and 20 to 30 ml of rice straw extracting solution into sterile water, adjusting pH to be 8, sizing to 1L, and preparing a spirulina platensis culture medium; inoculating spirulina platensis during a logarithmic phase into the spirulina platensis culture medium according to the inoculum concentration being 5 to 7 percent, and culturing for 6 to 8 days. The process provided by the invention is low in cost, simple, feasible, fast in algae growth speed, and high in polysaccharide yield.
