Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a lubricant used for food machinery and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding palm oil, rice bran oil, vulcanized lard oil and nano molybdenum disulfide into a batch reactor, purging with nitrogen for three times and exhausting the air in the batch reactor, and then introducing hydrogen; secondly, heating a reactor, heating, stirring, and carrying out reaction; thirdly, after the reaction is complete, cooling to room temperature, exhausting gas in a kettle, taking out a product, filtering, and removing filterresidue, so that modified mixed oil is obtained; fourthly, mixing sodium dodecyl sulfate, thio-bisphenol and water, heating and stirring; and fifthly, adding the mixed oil and mixing with residual components, cooling, and stirring, so that the lubricant provided by the invention is obtained.
